Introduction
The George Fenech Art Museum and Gallery, situated in the heart of Mellieħa, houses an extensive collection of over 130 works of art and archival material by the well-known George Fenech. The museum occupies the very residence where the artist and his family resided for over three decades.
Three rooms on the upper floor are dedicated to George Fenech’s art studio and an array of artworks, offering a comprehensive journey and evolution through six decades of his creative mind — ranging from his formative years in Malta and Rome, up to his mature years as an artist.
The museum is managed by the artist’s family and is open for public viewing. For further information please go to the Visiting the Museum section.

Echoes of Disruption, an MFA Exhibition of an Audio-Visual Installation by Camille Fenech

Father and Son – A Journey in Art by Toni and Kevin Ellul
An joint exhibition between father and son Toni Ellul and Kevin Ellul will be available for viewing at the gallery between Saturday 7th June and Saturday 5th July.

“Parade” – A Solo Exhibition by Carmel Said at the Gallery
A former pupil of George Fenech, Carmel Said’s exhibition draws on myth to examine the dynamics of power & ritual in modern life, inspired by his island home. Carmel Said (b. 1950) is a Maltese artist living in London, who has spent over five decades producing award-winning scenic art for commercials, television and film. This exhibition presents a small selection of his personal artworks, shown in Malta for the first time.
The exhibition is open for public viewing at the George Fenech Museum and Gallery on the dates below, between the 3rd and the 30th of May. Admission is free.
